He called and spoke to two different people in management. They said they could not refund us for one salad NOR give us the points back that we used for one of them. No refund of any kind. Only offered for us to come pick it up. Gas is $4 a gallon right now. Horrible customer service.

The faculty prioritizes themselves over their customers, and frequently give dirty/aggressive looks to regulars. This chick fil a location has some of the worst hospitality I have ever experienced in my entire life. Sora is the absolute worst employee I have ever had to deal with, very unprofessional, lacks respect for the community, total embarrassment to the company. Anything less than terminating a solid 80% of their employees and hiring people who care about their job/community would be ineffective.
