First off over half of the stalls are broken. Second let’s talk about the theft that occurred when I ordered today. Due to the card readers not working your card has to be taken inside which one of the workers rounded up to keep the change for a tip when they were not permitted to do so. I’m sure this is not the first time this sort of theft has occurred. Lastly the blatant ignorance of an order. I had ordered the double sonic pretzel smasher bacon cheeseburger instead I received a number one that appeared to be uncooked and downright disgusting. I took two bites out the sandwhich before throwing it away and knew it would useless to argue with the incompetent employees over my correct order. No matter what every time I go to this sonic it is nothing but disappointment and wasted money.

If they would come up with a touch screen that you can order yourself that would be amazing but it’s Kaplan’s sonic lol. They do a good jab and thanks for the services.
