Cheryl was the sweetest and most patient worker ever and she helped us get everything we needed. She was never stingy, gave us everything we needed, and was just so nice. I called these people for days on end and no one would pick up the phone. I finally went over there to be told to call Monday when the manager would be in. I called the following week and got in touch with someone and she supposedly took down my name and phone number along with the order number and I would get a call back. I never got a call back. I call again and spoke with someone and they gave me a time when the manager might be in but said he never stays for long. So I decided to call the Lafayette store where I was finally able to reach someone on November 1 to get my money back. Unless your sure they are open I DO NOT suggest making an order
