  Ok. What's going on here? I went last night after getting off a 12 hour l shift near this Wendys and it was REALLY Bad! Beef patties that were dried and the lettuce soggy. It was unbeatable. I just chucked it up to a bad night shift. When back today fir lunch and it was equally bad! The tomatoes were rancid and the meat was dried like it was cooked days ago. Not the Wendys standard. Gross.

  Our order was wrong (no apples in the kids meal, two root beers instead of coke and diet Coke), which is forgiveable except that the food was lukewarm at best and we'd had to wait. I don't mind waiting, just make sure the food is correct OR hot at least. My fiance nor my toddler touched their fries. The cashier was disinterested and talking on the phone or something, but the other worker was very sweet when handing us our food, so she was great. Workers don't have to smile or anything, but I don't like feeling like I'm a nuisance when I paid for food. If you hate it that much, there's other similarly-paying jobs without public interaction.

  SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN. I would give this place zero stars for food and service. I don’t normally complain online about restaurants, but since I’ve submitted three complaints directly to Wendy’s and no one is responding, here we go: Bad from the start - Took several minutes before anyone greeted me in drive thru (only 1 car ahead of me). The lady at window was anything but friendly. After paying, they told me to pull forward (they ask you to this so it appears to corporate they are serving customers with timeliness). Waited for nearly 30 ish minutes. Two cars behind me were served food before me and pretty quickly. I was only 1 of 4 cars during that entire timespan, so I’m not sure why my order took as long as it did. Finally got home - my entire order was incorrect AND the fries were half full and soggy. After submitting a complaint online, decided to still eat since I waited so long for the food and spent nearly $30. Bit into my chicken sandwich…. And it was completely raw. Pictures attached for reference. Gag. Worth noting: I AM PREGNANT. Submitted two more detailed complaints with pictures, both times asking to be contacted asap. Four days later and still no response. Terrible experience, sickened (literally) by the food, and Wendy’s apparently doesn’t seem to think it something to address promptly sooooo here I am letting the world know how disgusting that establishment is and how I plan to take this to the next level. Bless it, Wendy’s. I really used to love you. Yalls NOLA establishments are all going to hell in a hand basket. I’ve had issues at a few of the other locations, but nothing worth going out of my way to complain about. Nothing til this gross bs. Hope to hear from ya soon, girl. ✌️
