  Ordered pick up last night. When I went to get it, I looked at the woman who packed the order Straight in the face and asked her if both fries in my veggie sticks were in the bag because they forgot them last time. She looked at me and said absolutely, sir. It’s all correct. I didn’t check it. Walked out. Got home didn’t have either. This place has consistently gotten to go orders wrong. I have no idea how this corporation continues to do business I’ve had shitty experiences all over the country with them.

  This is me and my Significant Other's 3rd time here. EACH time there has been an issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. 1. The staff is very standoff-ish. Every time we would show for a meal and the server would come over, we would have to ask for refills/utensils/napkins. Nothing was provided without request besides the menu by the hostess/host. 2. The music is very loud and makes it hard to hear the person in front of you. Not to mention with less people in the restaurant most of the sound echoes, amplifying the generic "feel good" music. 3. The most recent time, being today, the server was never around to ask if we needed anything, my food came out 10-15 minutes before my significant other's, and the kitchen was blamed for the delay, no problem. But, constant empty glasses needing refills, empty plates not being cleared from our tables, all the works of poor initiative/training. Now, I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but logically there should be minimal to no delay at 6 pm on a Wednesday night with 3-5 other tables occupied excluding the two people at the bar being served. It's really a shame since BWW has great food. No complaints there. Our server asked if any appetizers were being ordered, we said no and it took another 15-20 minutes for the server to come back to be able to order our main course. Being, because the server constantly disappeared and we would have to ask adjacent servers for any information. Like I said, no complaints about the food, came out hot and was great. But timing of said food and server attentiveness needs work. Will most likely be avoiding this spot for a meal in the future. Very unhappy with the experience we have had at this location the last couple times we've been there. I would suggest any of the restaurants across the street in the Elmwood Shopping Center, hell, even Applebee's treats you like you should be at a restaurant. Personally, that speaks dividends to me, being another basic chain restaurant in the same area.

  This place is HORRIBLE. We went with a large party. The waitress Mahnoor was awful. She forgot to put one of the guest order in. Everyone at the table received their food and finished before the food finally came out which was about an hour later. She blamed the kitchen for the order not being made with everyone else's order. The bill was incorrect the manager had to fix it. Found another error and made the waitress aware of the error and she catches an attitude. If you get a server named Mahnoor it's best to asked to be seated elsewhere. She will mess your order up, add things to the ticket that you didn't order and throw a fit once it's brought to her attention. I won't visit this location again. Oh and don't ask for a drink with lite ice either because they will give you a glass half filled just because you didn't want it waterd down with ice. The service is slow, the food is mediocre and your final bill will be incorrect. Find another location to patronize.

  Ordered a chicken wrap no tomatoes and wings which were received cold , got my food and it had tomatoes waitress said that they can remake but it’ll take some time to get your food back . Staff in back were going off will definitely be visiting another location. Last 3 times we’ve visited this location service has sucked. Hopefully they get new management !
