  I placed a mobile order that said would be ready in 5 minutes. Arrived on time and waited an additional 20 minutes. They were not busy. Also the 2 bacon cheeseburgers orders with no pickles came with no bacon and pickles. The staff needs retraining on customer service!

  You should not have to wait 45 minutes to get $30.00 worth of food it’s ridiculous!

  Really they do not receive one star. Franchise owner needs to hire new people. I waited 15 minutes just to get someone to answer to order. One of the servers was delivering outside and I asked for her help. All I wanted was 1 slush drink. It took another 15 minutes to receive it. I ask who the owner was and all she could tell me was Zach (no last name) and Amanda was the manager. I was livid that it took 30 minutes to get one drink. Their were two cars in the lot. The drive through was going pretty steady. I would think that the owner would not be happy with this. I have owned fast food restaurants and this would not be acceptable. This was on Saturday the 14th of March,2026. I think reprimand or replacement is definitely required. The server was very sweet however. I am from the Lafayette area and trust me they are busy and the service is far better. There are not many places to get food in Jeanerette so perhaps you think good service is not needed. Very disappointed. I told them I would report them. No apologies, nothing.
