  I had fond memories of Sonic's strawberry milkshakes, which used to be made with real strawberries, and used to have a delightful strawberry flavor. I stopped at Sonic today for the first time in many years, and was highly disappointed. My strawberry shake is flavorless. It's white, not pink, and I found only a few tiny specs of strawberry. Awful! Definitely not worth the money, stop time, or calorie count! Ended up disposing of it. Sad. The onion rings are still good, made with real onions and crispy, but the portion size was stingy.

  Slow service, cold food, oh and they charge for small water cups, strawberry limeade is very watered down can’t taste any flavor. big family order only gave us 2 napkins.

  Waited to place my order only to watch other vehicles pull up and order immediately. Not very satisfied with my experience Thanks for your response to my feedback it truly shows your dedication to your customer concerns and that is definitely commendable.   The food here is always fresh, but the service at this Sonic location is consistently slow. They seem to be struggling with limited staff. Hopefully, they can resolve their staffing issues soon.
