- ATANGELO TORREDec 30, 20251.0With no cars ahead of me at 7:30 pm at night, I ordered a burger and fries. This is what Sonic does …makes burgers. Can’t screw that up….right? Wrong! With no other customers in sight, they handed me a completely uncooked burger that was ice cold. I called and the Managers only response was “ Do you want a refund?”. Not even an apology. Never going again.

The blonde girl working there needs a serious attitude adjustment and as a business owner myself, I would NEVER allow someone with that attitude near my business. Called the police on me because they did not give me my coke that I paid for. When I parked and went to the door for it, I was greeted with eye rolls and poor comments. I asked her if she wanted to do that again and she said “what are you going to do about it”. When I went to move my car because where I was parked was blocking people and I returned to the door to get my drink, I was approached with “you’re tresspassing and I’m on the phone with the cops”. That being said I still did not have my coke and wanted to wait for the cops so that I was not reported and claimed to be running from the situation. She was also being rude and hateful to an employee because the girl went to use the restroom and told her she had to leave for the day. WOW! According to the Iowa police department this is a common occurrence with this young girl! That being said, a disrespectful teenager has put a ban on me from returning to the Iowa sonic. 🤣 INSANE, but the police told me Arbys has some pretty good cheese sticks and good customer service!

If I said they tasted like they were fried twice it would be a complement; They tasted like they were fried twice yesterday, then fried twice again today. If a zero-star rating were possible, I'd have given it. Don't waste your time or your money here.
