I had a really disappointing experience at Wendy’s. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that management is lacking. The staff seemed stressed and unsupported, and you could tell there was little to no leadership present. Employees were being spoken to in a disrespectful tone right in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the food was unacceptable. My order came out cold, like it had been sitting there for way too long, and it definitely didn’t feel fresh. When I tried to bring it to their attention, I was met with an attitude instead of any effort to fix the issue.Customer service overall was terrible. No one greeted customers, and it felt like we were more of a bother than paying guests. The way employees are treated seems to directly reflect in how customers are treated—poorly. Management seriously needs to step up, not just for the customers, but for their staff as well. I won’t be returning. I had a very disappointing experience at Wendy’s, and honestly, it seems like there are serious issues with how this location is run. The overall environment felt extremely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. There were multiple employees on shift, yet only one or two of them were actually doing any work while the others stood around, joked, and played instead of helping customers. It created a chaotic and frustrating atmosphere, especially with customers waiting while staff clearly weren’t taking their jobs seriously. The lack of management presence was very noticeable. No one seemed to be directing the team or ensuring things were running smoothly. Because of that, orders were slow, disorganized, and not handled properly. On top of the long wait, my food came out cold, which just added to the frustration. It’s unacceptable to wait that long and still receive food that isn’t even fresh or hot.Customer service was just as bad. There was no sense of urgency, no friendliness, and no effort to make things right. It felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than the reason the business exists. Even when issues were brought up, the response was dismissive rather than helpful.
