  I did mobile order went to pick up they had me park. I waited 20 minutes for them to come tell me they were out of something I ordered to cancel the order on my end. It didn’t work so go to drive up window she like oh it still up that’s why do it again. At this point the app would not let me cancel because it changed it to picked up. So when I tell them they like look at me stupid so I paid for something I didn’t get. They must be eating off my bill now.

  Ever since hurricane Ida this location has never been the same. It’s always a hassle either due to not having available items on the menu or having to pull up and watch everyone else receive their food while they take their time bringing your order to you. The drink machine is always showing unavailable and the sweet tea container is not refilled daily. I enjoy Wendy’s but when my son finally gets food after the rest of us are finished eating I don’t appreciate this. It’s time to get this location up to par.
