  Lady at the service counter was so nice. I recommend the carne asada tacos, were very delicious. The lady was so attentive, she noticed we liked the limes and brought us more. Love to come here again

  I am beyond disgusted by what I witnessed from one of the female employees here. Her behavior was absolutely wild, loud, aggressive, and completely out of control. She yelled, escalated the situation, and acted in a way that made everyone around her uncomfortable and unsafe. This wasn’t just unprofessional, it was shocking and humiliating for a business to allow. What makes this even worse is that the other young lady involved clearly did not expect any altercation. The young lady I spoke to was extremely open, self-aware, and a minor, completely caught off guard and with no idea that a fight would happen. She did not raise her voice or act aggressively in any way until she was attacked. Meanwhile, the adult employee initiated physical contact, got in her face, shouted insults, and slapped her. One adult’s complete and unacceptable lack of self-control turned what should have been a minor verbal disagreement into a disgraceful, chaotic scene. As someone representing a business, she had a responsibility to remain professional, especially in front of patrons yet she showed nothing but reckless aggression. If this is the type of employee your business allows to represent it, that speaks volumes about your management choices and not in a good way. No customer should ever have to witness behavior like this, and no business should tolerate an adult employee with zero self-control attacking a minor. Management needs to take immediate action. This employee should be terminated or removed immediately.
