  First off, we had to wait a half an hour before the lady comes apologizing for it taking so long because they were shorthanded. Cool! We open our bags to cold food, soggy fries. My lemonade tasted like it was made with rotten lemons. Then my 2 year old is finishing his nuggets, taking a bite of his last one and immediately starts screaming. I look in his nugget box to see they had not a regular nugget, but a SPICY nugget that he bit into. Mind you I had a biggie bag that comes with nuggets also, but NONE of mine where spicy. I don't normally leave a review, but they didn't have to do my baby like that!! Do better Wendy's!! I'm NOT a happy customer

  Worst Wendy's in the country. Been here 4 times in the last year. Each time I have to wait almost 10 minutes to have my order taken in an empty restaurant. Once the food comes out 15 minutes after that, it's usually wrong (even when doordashed). On the plus side, it's nice how you can ice skate across the floor in the restaurant. Those floors are so slick and greasy that you can fall easily if youre not an experienced skater.

  The night crew that works here should not even be in the customer service or fast food industry because they are absolutely horrible at both!!! Im a door dasher and every night I take an order there its at LEAST a 30 minute wait no mater how busy it is or the size of the order. I was cursed out and threatened by the manager and employees. Then after waiting over 30 minutes for my door dash they refused to make it because they said they don't care about my job, obviously so because they don't care about there jobs either!!! Worst experience every time I go at night!!!!

  I pulled up at 9:40p to the drive thru. I waited for about 3-4 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I pulled up to the window and waited about another minute and the person finally realized I was at the window. She apologized and said her headset was off. She then takes my order and I didn’t not receive a receipt. She asks mw to pull up and she would bring my order out. I waited another 15 minutes to get recooked nuggets that were hard as a rock and a cold hamburger. I wasn’t gonna do the survey because I was thinking the made the food fresh and it was a true accident. But I now I know they didn’t care at all about the situation. It took twenty minutes to get 10 nuggets and a burger that we overcooked and cold. The night service is truly no great at all.
