  In last evening February 9, 2026 I called this restaurant around 4:20 pm to order dinner for my kids. Placing the order was easy as I used the call center because this location NEVER answers the phone. They are always busy fo absolutely nothing. However; I've learned how to deal with them because they are my local store that delivers to my home. My youngest adores the chicken Alfredo pasta pan and eats it at least once a week. However; previous interactions with this restaurant has sparked concerns but on yesterday I attempted to avoid the issues remember previous encounters. I pulled up to the first window and remember being told previously that if I had already ordered, to pull to the second window....so I did. I ordered over the phone. Once over there, a gentleman named Robert began "beckoning" for me to drive back to the first window. Reluctantly but in the spirit of Mardi Gras, I simply drove back around. I get to the window and he ask me what I needed I said I'm here to pick up my order. He oh, you can drive back around. I then said to him you guys need to do a better job communicating because one visit it's this rule next visit it's that rule. He says to me we don't give good out at this window. I say I was told that which I why I was at the other window. While a back and forth argument was brewing I observe the young man removing food out of the oven drop something on the floor. The box he moved was a side box, which is what wings come in. I ordered wings as well. So I tuned out Robert and began paying attention to the young man to see what he would do with that food. I was told again very rudely to move to the other window. So I drove around. I then noticed that Tobert was taking an awfully long time with the next car. So I started recording. Robert then proceeded to hand the lady her food...OUT OF THE WINDOW HE JUST TOLD ME, THEY DONT HAND FOOD OUT THERE. Angry and extremely irritated I drove off and parked to go inside to address what I just saw. As I walked in the store another employee who later claimed to be the store manager was walking to the front register with my food. They clearly knew they had messed up and the customer caught them dead to right. The manager was rude from the start. I asked her why was that type of behavior allowed. She tried to justify Robert's actions and became demeaning towards me. I asked for a refund and she quickly gave it and walked away saying good day. I asked her why did she allow this type of behavior and then Robert interupts saying to me why you complaining to her, you could asked me that! I then stated to Robert, because my complaint is with you so I'm reporting you to the manager. I then ask the manager namely Jada I believe, why would you allow your employees to interrupt our conversation and that woman told me, what she allows her employee to do is none of my business. I asked for a number to corporate or above restaurant leadership and was told good luck finding it. Talking to someone about my encounter has proven to be difficult. Even other stores won't help me get through to a live person to address this. This particular store doesn't have a rating with the BBB and their rating here on google and the reviews clearly shows why.

  service is always great, the food is alright for the most part.. every once in a while they don't season the crust but I'm too hungry to care for the most part. however, tonight we went to get something to eat.. I'm a little disappointed to say the least- was there a change in the dough or staff?

  Horrible! I ordered jalapeños cheesy bread. Came with just cheese. Come on people!!! How hard can it possibly be to get that right!

  We order every month over 75.00 and that's usually with coupons . Manager was snootie pizza was burnt and really how hard to cut pizza in squares like I have it every month.

  2nd time no chicken on pizza. Paid for extra meat on another pizza and didn’t get that either. Stole my extra $. Pathetic. Your job isn’t that hard!
