  They’ve gotten my order wrong every single I’ve time gone over the past few years. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way and write negative reviews but at this point it’s warranted. I’ve tried doing mobile orders ahead, they still mix it up. Idk how you lose what order is who in the drive thru. It looks like they cook a single item at a time because it takes forever. A single burger with nothing else shouldn’t require me driving forward and waiting by the door. Most disorganized and mismanaged bunch of people I’ve ever seen.

  Dirty from the bathroom to the dining room, to the back. Spoons, lids, bags were not stocked. Couldn’t find a place to dump our trash. Before I walked in the trash outside was over-flowing. Employees went MIA bc they disappeared to go play around annr scream. Our family thought something ahappened but was just the staff in the back that went mia we can hear from the lobby. After our meal we had to call on the phone to get service. There was nobody in sight. While waiting for ice cream employees were discussing cheating married people drama. Very tacky, and unprofessional. Peanut buster parfait had very very little fudge or nuts on it. I assume pumping the fudge was too much work. Never again. The staff should be embarrassed.

  We went there an hour before close and no one helped us. Worker looked at us in drive through and walked right by. Waited 5+ minutes.

  My friends and I went to get ice cream, they had no Oreo and they told my friends they were out of ice cream, which they weren’t. People that came after us, got their ice cream first, we had to wait 50minutes and got told we couldn’t get refunded. We finally got our ice cream after asking 10 times. Our orders were wrong, my friend got pineapple in her chocolate blizzard. The workers were just talking, giggling and in their phone the whole time we were there. WILL NEVER COME BACK, NO ICE CREAM IS WORTH 45 MINUTES OF OUR TIME !!

  Alway out of ice cream went twice this week and same thing out of ice cream. And don't get me started on the moolatte machine that thing is always down I try every time I go knowing it's going to be out. When actually in stock moolatte and blizzards are good. But when a franchise is known for their ice cream and y'all are out of ice cream that is crazy. No other dairy queen is like this just this one in Houma Louisiana.
