  I visit here often with my kids. I let them have fast food once a week. Sometimes coming here it's a show. I sit back and watch the crazy things going on. Literally some weeks. The place is MESS. Some days it's the total opposite. My kids use the kiosk. I just pay right there. Sitting in there. I've noticed some folks come in and have no clue what to do. Due to no one at the register. I understand some people would rather put their order in at the register. Not everyone is new tech proficient. Multiple times we get ice in the gas station next door. Due to the ice machine being down in the McDonalds. It does look like they are trying. That McDonalds being off the major highway off I10 may be issue when influx pours in the store at certain times. They could use the help. Look for ways to improve from your managers and input from the workers.

  Customer service is so bad . When I needed the cups that I ordered with my meals, they walked off and completely ignored me. One of the employees, a young girl, was the only helpful one. The employees, including the no-good manager in the back, noticed me asking for the cups and decided it was funny and ignored me instead. Mind you, there was no line inside nor outside. Also the restrooms reek of urine . They need a good cleaning.

  After being on the road for hours my wife and I stopped by to grab something to eat. When we arrived the cashier India was passing out orders in the drive thru and running orders outside ALONE. She constantly called for her manager to help but her manager continued to text on her phone. Once she decided to help we seen 4 orders just sitting at the fry station so my wife asked did one of the orders belong to us. The manager replied it was waiting on fries even tho fries had came up 3 times already. We politely asked for our food. The manager stood there,played in her hair,took out her phone & rubbed her hands on her pants then proceeded to fix orders. No gloves no handwashing NO NOTHING!! She had the worse attitude and poor management skills. I feel sorry for the worker India because she did the best she can. The restroom was filthy and the dining area was disgusting.

  Waiting in drive thru 15 mins. To get COLD FRIES, COLD QUARTER POUNDER was a cheeseburger come on, and COLD 10 Piece NUGGETS. And they don't know how to count to 10, was SHORTED. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. The Owner needs to do something or call the Health Department on this store. You learn to count to 10 early in childhood. That's Pathetic....

  I normally do mobile order and still have to remind them of missing items warm food always don't have the time to have them to remake a hot order even though its paid in advance upset employees at fast food chains might do crazy stuff to food or drinks so I tend to just go about my way today March 18th I paid for a mobile order waist of time wish the app had said no orders today I sat in the drive threw to give a code for 10 minutes no feedback pull up and canceled my order geez now waiting 1 to 7 days for return on funds I'll just take the extra riding time to Breaux Bridge from now on even though I stay 2 minutes away from the Henderson Louisana Location
