As a strong believer that leadership sets the tone, what you allow is what you teach. Unfortunately, that’s clearly not happening here. When I visited, the manager (with the long braid) was giving attitude to multiple customers and making rude comments under her breath to the team. Orders took over 25 minutes, and after all that waiting, the food was cold. The kitchen staff was arguing, and the entire environment felt chaotic. Please do the public a favor and either retrain your team to prioritize the guest experience or reconsider your management altogether. The lack of leadership is obvious and it’s seriously hurting your business.

They slow, unprofessional, always chatting inside or smoking outside, and food is wrong 95% of the time. Now I drove an extra 15 minutes to Breaux Bridge to get my food when this establishment is maybe 5 minutes from my house.
