  Absolutely the worst McDonald's! Owners/ management needs to come see how filthy the entire place is inside. Bathrooms are the worst. I would rather be inside a porta potty, seriously. Employees here should be written up for being so lazy. Its 9am, no reason for it to look like this! Insane how they are allowed to be open.

  Just standing here at the register and all the workers just saying everyone one is waiting for food . Not once was asked if I been served or needs help. This is extremely sad for McDonald's. Update. Another lady was waiting also cause she didn't understand the self order machine. Not 1 person offered to help. Im sure this will be skipped over cause they might been busy. Seen way faster McDonald's with more helpful employees. Plus, 1 employees walking around saying im tired of being arrested. Like really. This store is not up to any standards like any McDonald's I been too b4. Sorry. I had family work for McDonald's, standards are high.

  I live exceptionally close to this location, but would save much more time, money, and mental well-being driving to Breaux Bridge or Louisiana Ave. Originally ordered via DoorDash, only got half of the order. Ordered the other missing half through app and went to pick it up, parked in Curbside Spot 2 and waited and waited and waited. Tried to go inside after 30 minutes and was rudely ignored when I tried to get staff’s attention. Tried to call restaurant phone, no answer. Tried to go through drive thru and it was about 12 cars deep. Tried to go back in app and cancel order and it wasn’t even an option and couldn’t see status of order so I’m thinking they gave my order to someone else or maybe just cleared it out. At this point it’s almost 2 hours past the time I ordered the DoorDash order they messed up, I left and went next door to Popeyes and got food literally in 3 minutes. And since I ordered in the app, food was already paid for and didn’t get a refund. TERRIBLE excuse for a restaurant run by very incompetent staff… and that’s not even talking about how filthy it is! If you are driving Eastbound, do yourself a favor and keep driving to Baton Rouge. If driving Westbound, drive to Breaux Bridge or Louisiana Ave. You can thank me later.

  Needs to be completely revamped. Took over 20 min to get 2 regular small hot coffees. Coffee was evidently old by the taste. Bathrooms were completely broken down and out of service. Needs a major revision and making this review for all the people that didn’t. Only one worker in this McDonald’s was actual working. Everyone else was in total sloth-mode. Needs to be shutdown or new management brought in. Prime reason I don’t give my money to business such as this but maybe once a year.

  I don’t usually eat at McDonalds but we were starving. The exits are many miles apart and there wasn’t much to pick from. Stopped here and the place was nasty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. All the tables were dirty. I had to use a wet paper towel to somewhat clean a table off. The employees weren’t rude and seemed polite. However, they didn’t show any urgency for cleaning up the mess or refilling the items at the drink dispenser. They were out of lids. The place where the lids went was dirty. No napkins and no straws. The restroom was much worse unfortunately 🤮. Women’s only two stalls and the used toilet paper mountain almost reached the top of the stall. The floors were also disgusting. One of the two sinks had a plastic trash bag over it with some nasty suspicious colored water peering through. Again the floors were sticky and disgusting. Wish I had a hazmat suit on cause now I feel like I have to disinfect my whole body and burn my shoes. The food was prepared fairly quick. However, my Big Mac had no flavor. My husband’s Big Mac was over salted. I had to ask for the drink cups and then for lids, straws and napkins. I’m never coming back here. Where’s the code inspector when you need them?
