  Very very horrible customer service I have been here multiple times and always get my order wrong the very first time I address it I’m the bad guy they are horrible very disappointing.

  I have ordered food from here multiple times and the order is never correct. The first time I stood at the counter for nearly 30 minutes before even being asked if I would like anything. And the pizza wasn’t as ordered. Recently, 3 items were left completely off the delivery order although the DoorDash driver was quick and courteous. Attention to detail is lacking.

  I placed an order through the restaurant’s website, and it was delivered by DoorDash. When my food arrived, it was not sealed in any way. In a time when health and safety should be a priority—especially during peak flu season—sending out unsealed delivery orders is completely unacceptable. I called the restaurant to request that the order be remade. The person who identified himself as the manager refused, stating they had “run out of seals” and then proceeded to tell me I was being paranoid. That response was not only dismissive, it was unprofessional and offensive. Customer concerns about food safety should never be mocked or minimized. If the restaurant is unable to properly seal delivery orders, they should not be sending them out. Even more concerning than the missing seal was the manager’s attitude and lack of accountability. This experience showed a clear disregard for basic customer service and food safety standards.
