I pull up the drive-thru is unusually busy so I decide to go in. The floor is hazardous, humidity on the entire floor which is every time I go in. Today I left without ordering, no one greeted me and it was just like I was there, really peeved me. I left without ordering. I'll spend my money where I'm wanted. Manger has her screaming kid in there, I know he's old enough to be at school. Come on you guys, you have to do better.

Then when my food was finally brought, I was missing sauce, straws, and napkins. The fries were hard that it felt like I was chewing on voodoo potato chips. Like cmon we gotta do better! The service was overall below average.
