The interaction was discourteous and did not reflect a professional standard of service. I believe additional customer service training may be beneficial to help prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

When I got to store my order was ready sealed for freshest and my Receipt had my Name very large so you can read your name. Staff greeted everyone who walked in. I ended up ordering one more sandwich 🥪 and it was well made . None of my sandwiches were prepared sloppy.
