  This is not my usual location and this will be the last time I go to this location as well. On arriving the man was not friendly. I ordered my sandwiches and told him the items I wanted in my sandwich and when I asked for extra banana peppers, he told me “ NO ! We do not do extra ! “ I told him I’d pay for extra he said “there is no extra button!” I have never been told this at any location I have ever been in. I only get lettuce tomatoes and bananas peppers on my sandwich so I don’t see why a little extra peppers is a big deal. I ordered my food and sat down and he has been in the back watching his phone because you can hear whatever he is watching because it’s very loud. The store is very dirty, the floors are disgusting and sticky. I work in the service industry and customer is just as important as your product. I hope something be done. He is not the person you want running a shift by himself. He will bring down sales. He also has his dirty bike inside by the eating area and his stuff out all over the table. His personal hygiene is also questionable Thank you.

  I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes around 11:20 a.m. on January 10 without my order being taken. When I drove around, I noticed an employee inside and no other customers, yet no service was provided.
