  Bathroom was horrendous, sink broken, no sign, no soap, terrible. My bag was just tossed on the counter for pickup.

  They kept me waiting for 15 min just for a ranch rap and when I asked about it she told me that they just started making it I took my food OVER 20 min later

  **PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION** My mom, sister and I came here right around opening time and was told that we had to come inside because they didn't have anybody working the drive thru. No one greeted us upon entry, but instead mumbled under their breath. The manager (yes I said MANAGER) was literally touching food with her bare hands after wiping her nose repeatedly while the other employee was eating food behind the counter without a care in this world. Both of them had on bedtime BONNETS which is very unprofessional and unsanitary. I WOULDN'T FEED MY DEAD DOG ANYTHING FROM HERE, JUST TRIFLIN!!

  I swear they never EVER get my order right. How do you somehow always forget to put something in the bag like I clearly paid for it

  Absolutely appalling behavior from the staff. I watched one of the managers be extremely rude to a customer, and then when the customer asked another employee for that managers name, a third employee walked up and threatened to beat up the employee helping the customer. Then I watched as the employees continued to ignore the employee helping the customer as he tried to get his own food. The employee told me they was standing there for almost an hour waiting for the manager to get him his food, before he gave up and just left.
