We chose Five Guys over other companies.Made an order using the KIOSK and made a mistake I guess by not selecting all the toppings that is supposed to be included with our burger. Went talked to one of the guys at the counter and explained what happened. I asked if i could get “ALL” the toppings that were supposed to be included with the order. The guy seemed like I was asking for something totally new. I asked him for a 2nd time and he started asking what kind of toppings I wanted. I said ALL of the ones that normally come with the order. Sorry for not knowing that “All the Way”, was the right terminology. After that the guy started looking at the board where ALL the toppings were listed. Then this lady from behind out of the blue asked me with a bad attitude WHAT YOU WANT? WHAT YOU WANT? I politely replied that I was good and went back to my seat with my family. I heard the lady telling others on her team that ALL THE WAY is what I wanted - then why all the playing around and acting like dumb people when they know exactly what I wanted. Totally surprised by this lady with bad attitude and no manners to ask a customer something like “hi sir , can I help you with your request ? May I help you sir , can I assist you sir ..” We as a customers have the choice to pick one place over others. My ,my family and friends will not be going back to this place. Hire decent people, with some degree of education and professionalism. After that , I noticed that other customers had the same trouble ordering from the KIOSK and not having any toppings.so obviously this is nothing new as I can see. Totally disappointing.
