As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I'm glad they took it out, if it gave me the same problems it did last time I would never come back. And what kind of atmosphere do you get from that? The flat bread meal was a good value, but the cheese is garbage. Take it off. Sprinkle some grated cheese on it.

I stopped eating from them years ago because of that and I tried again today and my food was so horrible I wouldn't have fed it to a dog. I called to report it and see if a manager would take a look at it and remake it but no one answered the phone. Our 2 Big Buffords was heavy smothered in mustard and mayo and very old, cold and meat rubbery. Fries soft and cold. 2 large strawberry fantas filled with ice when I ask for lite ice. I ask for my food to be fresh. I had rather them tell me they can't fix the food fresh and let me spend my money somewheres else! Then they had an attitude when I said I ask for lite ice she shook the cup and said sorry and still gave it toe like that. On top of that no receipt! I had to Google the number and they still didn't answer. Rally's Cooperate Office needs to get involved!
