  Now, when you use their mobile app, which works fine when you get to the restaurant, you have to go on the left-hand side of the building which is a little difficult if you’re in a vehicle by yourself, you’re expected to reach across to receive your food. I’m not sure what genius came up with this idea but it’s certainly gonna prevent me from eating there now I had to park and get out of my vehicle to go pick up my food the point is to make it easier for me not more complicated.

  This is a follow up to my girlfriend's review. The owner replied regarding the contact us on their website and we wanted to point out that the site didn't work and we were never able to follow through with our complaint nor has our complaint been rectified. My girlfriend and I drove thru around 9pm on 2/14. The lady and young gentleman stated they cannot refund our Lg. milkshake but can give us a small ice cream to replace the purchased item. The milkshake her sister and she purchased (separately) was not equivalent to a small ice cream AND when we got it, both were sour tasting and smelled funny. They still refused to refund at the location itself since it was a mobile order. Then they stated they were “trying to get the drive thru orders thru since their “boss” was in front of us in the line” … she has stomach issues, and even if she didn’t, they should not remedy their lack of a milkshake issue with BAD ice cream ! Let alone, her sister did not order via mobile app, she got out our car and ordered at the window… The worker was cursing and complaining about our milkshake issue, separate drive thru order and mobile order, as well as her desire to get us out the drive thru.

  Hope you have a passenger. Because they will refuse to serve you the online order on the right side window. And actively make you drive around to the left side whereyou and your nonexistent passenger have to receive it. And for good measure, they went and messed up the entire order. Despite it being written down for them ahead of time.
