    Have ordered several times from this location but never will again. And I tip whether pickup or delivery. Ordered delivery today. They used Uber Eats to deliver bc they didn’t have an in house delivery driver at the time. Uber Eats picked the order up 40 minutes after I placed my order along with several other delivery orders. It was over 50 minutes in transit to get to me. I called to complain prior to delivery due to my watered down fountain drink. No apology or anything and only rudely and apathetically stating that they could cancel my order. This was after I had already waited 75 minutes. I asked for a manager and that manager Brittany came into the line, did even let me speak and just suggesting cancelling the order. I told her calmly that basic customer service included letting the customer speak, apologizing, and using an empathetic statement, such as- I realize that this is frustrating or I understand why you’d be upset. Brittany thought this was rude that I’d even suggest her customer service was sub par. During our talk Uber Eats knocked on my door- I let the driver know politely that I was getting a refund and wouldn’t be needing the order and suggested she follow her policy on disposal. Then I told the manager to cancel my order. I really only wanted refund of my fountain drink. Is that to much for JJ’s suggest? But after my treatment I decided pay more and go to Five Guys instead. Will not return to this location.

    Got a reward on my mobile account for $4.99 sandwich. Ordered on mobile app and sandwich was waiting for me when I got there. Fixed just like I ordered it.

    All I got was a simple ham and cheese with the regular toppings that come with it. I mean who doesn't like a nice simple sandwich for lunch. What impressed me was the service. The nice lady on the line listened as I ordered and handed me my food before I was even done swiping my card. Now THAT'S good service. Keep it up Jimmy John's.
