One was making an online order, one cleaning the grill, one seemed to be slicing cheese and there was someone else seemingly finishing another online order. The manager and another worker were standing near the bathrooms and it seemed like they were addressing a sanitary issue in there. No one welcomed me in nor acknowledged the wait. Within 5 minutes of me waiting in line about 7 people were lined up behind me. There still was no acknowledgement to any of us. All of the employees on the floor avoided making eye contact or even looking in the direction of the people in line. After 10ish minutes when one of the employees came to make her third online order without acknowledging us, I asked her was anyone going to be helping the customers in store. She just nodded then said they have a lot of online orders. The young lady isn't completely to blame, but the fact that the manager was also there and did not acknowledge the line of guests nor stop what she was doing to help was ridiculous. Right after I said something, the employee that was cleaning the gross stuff out of the bathroom came right behind the line and put on gloves to begin addressing the line. I left at that point because I could not believe she would be so nasty. This is the worst chipotle location. I urge the GM to watch the footage and see that everything I said is true and nothing is exaggerated.
