Customer service nowadays is horrible. Gas too high for this type of stuff, then I called time after time with no answer. It also shows how much district managers check on stores and managers running them. Just left Wendys again. Came through drive thru and had 2 mobile orders and ordered food as well, to pull off no receipt and all food cold but the chili. I then call the store and they say they don’t see a order for less than 10 minutes ago lol. Seem like some sealing going on too because how I just left and you don’t remember with only 2 cars in drive thru at that? Also, seems like the DMs not checking up on their stores in the district they work.
