What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the sole employee working the counter. She was clearly busy, managing all the orders and fulfilling them herself, but she handled everything with grace and genuine effort. She was doing her absolute best to accommodate every customer in a nice manner and never let the pressure show. It's rare to see that level of dedication and professionalism, especially when someone is clearly running the whole operation alone. This employee deserves major recognition for her efficiency and incredibly positive attitude. I highly recommend this location, and I hope management recognizes the excellent service provided by their staff!
