This is now the third time items have been missing from my order, which shows a clear pattern of negligence. I waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment and drove around the building multiple times, only to see employees on their phones instead of assisting customers or paying any mind to drive-thru. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on management and staff accountability. It’s astonishing that they get paid for this.
