I am not one to leave reviews, but because of the fact that this is not my first bad experience here, I will. The Hammond location either needs a new staff or proper training and etiquette for their current staff. When a customer orders curbside and tips, the order should be brought to the customer in their vehicle instead of the customer having to go in to get it themselves (on top of being prompted to make their own drink when they expect it to be brought out with their order). It is a bit frustrating when staff fails to take responsibility if I’m being 100% honest.

Currently addicted to their chicken bacon ranch toasted sandwich!! Literally soooooooo good. They're also always super quick. 10/10 RECOMMEND

Love jimmy johns food but why am I being asked to tip twice ? I placed an order online for pickup and it asked for a tip and then when I came to pickup they brought out a machine to ask again if I wanted to tip I think that’s not only rude but extremely tacky. Pay your employees a good wage and stop harassing customers to tip.
