  I recently visited Jimmy John's and unfortunately left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with my experience. I placed my order through the app expecting a smooth and professional transaction. After completing my order, I was called up to the counter where the employee printed an additional receipt and asked me to leave a tip. I felt as though being pressured to leave a tip was inappropriate and unnecessary, especially after already finalizing payment through the app. I believe in tipping when it’s earned through exceptional service, but in this case, it didn’t feel warranted. Being put on the spot made the interaction awkward and unnecessary. I understand businesses may provide the option to tip, but customers shouldn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable when making that choice. In addition, the staff’s professionalism was lacking. Employees were sitting at a guest table during their shift. They were not wearing any uniform, and some were not dressed appropriately. This did not reflect a clean or professional environment. The employees kept staring at us and we overheard them speaking about us.Overall, this led to a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. I hope management addresses these concerns so future customers can have a more positive and professional experience.

  I am not one to leave reviews, but because of the fact that this is not my first bad experience here, I will. The Hammond location either needs a new staff or proper training and etiquette for their current staff. When a customer orders curbside and tips, the order should be brought to the customer in their vehicle instead of the customer having to go in to get it themselves (on top of being prompted to make their own drink when they expect it to be brought out with their order). It is a bit frustrating when staff fails to take responsibility if I’m being 100% honest.

  Currently addicted to their chicken bacon ranch toasted sandwich!! Literally soooooooo good. They're also always super quick. 10/10 RECOMMEND
