The Hammond La store is a joke. One time my pizza was nothing but a bunch of popped air bubbles that took up 75% of a pizza and they delivered it anyway and then gave me an attitude when I brought it back. Another time they delivered the incorrect order to me. When I called and told them, they said that I would have to bring the pizza up to the store to make things right even though it was delivered and I got it delivered because my wife had the car that night. I told them I didn’t have the car at the moment and the manager pretty much told me that I would just have to deal with it. Recently, I placed the order once again for delivery then realized I forgot to add one pizza so I called the store to add another pizza to it and they wanted me to pay a separate delivery charge even though my first order was put in only two minutes prior to me, calling about the second one. I tried to talk to the manager and say it’s the same customer. It’s the same house. I just forgot to add a pizza to the first order. They proceeded to tell me that that was not their problem. This particular Domino’s really gives off the vibe that they don’t have a single care in the world about the customers satisfaction. I used to work for Domino’s before I had a family and I know for a fact that if regional or any higher up management was in the building, they would never be treating a customer like that.
