  This location used to be great, but my last two visits have been extremely disappointing. The first incident occurred when my drink was made incorrectly. I didn’t realize it until I was already halfway to Ponchatoula, and by the time I could have returned, the store was closing. I went back the next day with proof of purchase, and the employee I spoke with told me I was lying and that she would not replace or remake the drink regardless of any proof I provided. When I asked to speak to a manager, she stated she was the manager and that there was nothing she could do. Shortly after, another employee who appeared to be higher in management came out and immediately remade the drink without issue, which was appreciated but the initial interaction was completely unacceptable. Today’s visit was just as frustrating. I ordered a small chai latte and was given a large instead. I was apparently charged for the large as well. When I pointed out the mistake and said I didn’t want a large, he told me they couldn’t refund it and that I would just have to take it because the “refund system was down” To make matters worse, when I took a sip, it wasn’t even chai, it was coffee. I had to ask for it to be remade again. This level of inaccuracy and poor customer service is concerning. I understand that mistakes happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. They always have attitude and unfortunately, these repeated issues have left me extremely disappointed. The other Hammond location has consistently provided much better service, and the new 7 Brew in Ponchatoula will be getting my business moving forward.

  My drinks are always great and the customer service is even better! Tiffany is so friendly and kind-definitely will be back!
