- NNNick NonyaMar 28, 20261.0This times food was on point. Place was clean but not the leadership. I gave this place multiple chances before saying anything. The first visit, my food was overloaded with mayonnaise. The second time, it was overloaded with mustard. I brushed both off. But today was different. Around 6 PM, I witnessed what I can only assume was a manager loudly talking down to and embarrassing employees in front of customers. Orders were being barked at some staff, while others were casually chatted with in the back. On top of that, I overheard this same manager speaking negatively about an employee to a customer. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. There’s no excuse for publicly disrespecting your team, especially in front of customers. I can overlook mistakes with food, but I won’t overlook how people are treated. This will be my last visit to this location.

After about 2 to 3 minutes, Gergard, the GM, Came out to explain to me what was taking so long, which I respected greatly, the reason for the wait and him coming out to tell me. Because of the wait, he offered to make up for my order which was greatly appreciated, and I accept the offer. At fast food establishments, it’s very Rare to come across customer service like this. Most places couldn’t care less and they will throw the food at you and walk away. Gerard, thank you. And DQ, Gerard cares about your establishment and your customers. Give that man a raise.
