  They charged me for double chicken. The lady in front of me got two full scoops and didn't ask for extra. The girl gave me 1 small scoop. I asked if I could get more and she said double chicken. I said just some more since she didn't give the normal amount. They charged me 4 dollars extra. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU AND TRICK YOU TO UPCHARGE. THEN WHEN YOU WANT TO CALL FOR A MANAGER YOU CANT. THERE IS NO LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH. I HOPE $4.00 IS WORTH THIS REVIEW. RUN FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE DON'T REPLY. I DON'T WANT TO TALK NOW. I ALREADY REACHED OUT TO CONTACT US. YOU CAN'T CONTACT ANYONE WITH YOUR COMPANY!!!!

  Super disgusting. Women’s restroom had a pile o empty toilet paper rolls and was so dirty. The men’s restroom and vomit all over the floor and toilet. Tables were Ross. No napkins. I told the girl at the checkout about the bathrooms and she just stared at me. Even the checkout counter was a mess.

  Every single time I go to Chipotle, they always mess up my order. It never fails. And then they skimp out on the food too. I don’t know how to cook rice all the way either just so disappointing. I never wanna go back.

  So we’re charging for sides vinaigrette now?! What the heck is that all about. I’d be cussing up a storm if I knew my comment wouldn’t be deleted! I don’t know if that’s a new company policy or just how they do things in Louisiana! Not only is that completely ridiculous, that’s just another way to nickel and dime people for something that should absolutely be free! Guess things are different in Texas! Do better Chipotle! Would give 0 stars if I could!

  This chipotle consistently takes forever to make food. The food is good. The atmosphere is normally fine. But, if you mobile order a meal, it will take forever. Between my own orders and my boyfriend’s orders, we have received our food at the actual pick up time maybe 3 times. I can understand when things get busy. But when the inside of the store is empty, it is 15 minutes past the pick up time, and you just start making the food… I find that ridiculous. This is a job not social hour. In no world should it take more than an hour past a pick up time. The point of a mobile order is the convenience and timely return time on food. My boyfriend frequents the Baton Rouge Chipotle and says their food quality is better and so is the service. Please take a look into finding a faster process. Maybe there is issues in the technology… but some workers bump orders off the screen to make it look like the order is done when it hasn’t even started.
