- SKStella KnightUcc1-308Feb 27, 20261.0I’m leaving this review because I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A, especially considering the high standards the company is known for. I went through the drive-thru and told the employee standing outside that I had placed a mobile order but needed to make a change because the app wouldn’t allow me to. I also needed to place a separate order to pay for a drink out of pocket. She told me that was fine and said to let them know at the window. This location only has one drive-thru lane and one window. Even with a mobile order, there’s no expedited lane, so you still have to wait in the same line. I waited about 20 minutes — even though part of my order was just a drink. When I finally got to the window, the employee did change my order and I paid. However, she handed me my sandwich and drink and told me to pull around because they would bring out the egg for the sandwich. I was confused — was I expected to assemble my own sandwich in the car? That is not the Chick-fil-A standard I’m used to. She repeatedly asked me to pull forward so I wouldn’t hold up the line, but that would have meant sitting in my car with an incomplete sandwich in my lap, waiting for someone to bring the rest. The store could have simply completed the sandwich before handing it out, which is what I expect from Chick-fil-A. After waiting about four more minutes and being asked again to move, I asked for a refund. I had already been patient through the long wait, and the whole reason I clarified everything at the lady was so I could receive my food correctly and completely. Unfortunately, I ended up late to my appointment and without the food I ordered. This experience did not reflect the level of service and quality I normally associate with Chick-fil-A.
