  I have been going to the same two seven brews for the last almost 3 years straight only taking a couple days out of those three years to not go because I was busy. Everybody knows me and my kids so on Saturday when I had a second coffee dump out on me while the barista was handing it to me for the second time in a week. I was pissed. Then the girl that handed me the coffee mind you the coffee didn’t even make it to my hand before she had squeezed my hot coffee and the top popped off. She ran off I thought to get me towels. No her and the other workers stood in the building literally just staring at me. She comes back with the same coffee new lid and goes so sorry about that here is your coffee back. Ugh what first off I need you to remake the coffee second off let’s talk about how tou took so long to get me a towel for the hot coffee you squeezed out on my lap and in my car. I call for the manager she coms over and proceeds to tell me oh sorry but did you hold the coffee wrong. I don’t know why you want me to do but we just work here. I proceeded to tell her first I want my coffee remade. Then I want to talk about the fact that’s the second time in a week I had a coffee squeezed onto my leg but more importantly why it took so long for y’all to give me towel. She tells me sorry we are busy I don’t know what you want me to do about it but I can’t help that we are busy or that you (me) didn’t hold the cup right. Ma’am I never had the cup in my hand. I’m appalled at how I was treated and then wasn’t even gonna be given a refund until I demanded. She put it on a gift card and I said do you think there is anything else you could be doing since I now have coffee all over me and I’m on the way to a pageant I can’t drive home to change and this is the second time it’s happened not to mention yall can’t even take accountability for it. She tells me to stop yelling at her she’s just a teenager I said ma’am I’m not yelling at you I’m frustrated you don’t seem to see an issue. She tells me they know they have issues with their cups and lids but coorperate and bigger managers don’t care what they tell them. Anyway this went on for 30 minutes before yet again another young manager showed up and came to my car crying which is absolutely ridiculous as I’m the one upset that I have EXTRA HOT coffe poured on my brand new jeans and inside of my car and yall want to blame me for it. No. I told her I thought it was necessary I at least get a free coffee and that someone needs to tell higher ups their cups aren’t working for hot drinks. She proceeds to tell me I should be holding the cup the right way. I’m so upset I’m appalled I went to the seven brew I normally go to in Walker and spoke with Caleigh there and she told me to make this review as it goes to corporate. My $60 American eagle jeans are stained I had to clean my car again the coffe was cold before I left to go to the pageant then to top it off my best friend pulled into the seven brew as I was leaving. She sent me a text message that the employees were telling everyone that I was making employees cry because I dumped coffee on myself and got mad. What the hell is wrong with these kids running this store. They never make my coffee right and now blame customers when they spilled hot coffee on them.
