- MPM PNov 13, 20251.0Placed a mobile order, I was asked to pull up front when we arrived. We waited 15 mins, I counted 5 cars behind us that got their food as we waited. After 15mins we left with nothing. I contacted customer service and was refunded. We ordered 3 biggie bags and a large fry, nothing complicated! I use the app all the time without issues, I won't be returning to this location!
