- AGAndrew Guidry4 days ago1.0We had a less than admirable experience today. In fact it was bad & our request was ignored. It appears the SUBWAY receipt surveys keeps the stores honest. Problem #1 we requested but did not receive cucumbers & cheese. Both were verified. Problem #2 on our second sandwich we requested the sandwich be double toasted, it was not at all, but it was verified. I guess the lady figured because we used their drive through they could treat their customers dishonorably. It really makes me feel bad that the big smile at the window wasn't worth a damn given the poor quality, disrespect & lack of quality control.
