I show up 1145 5 mins after I’m told it’s ready… for the cashier to conveniently tell me her ovens are off and the person who sped out of the parking lot “showed your name to me and I gave them your order” If you don’t want to make the order, take accountability and call the customer and cancel the order. Terrible service, attitude and loss of a new customer indefinitely.
