My problem with this establishment is that the 2 cheese burger meal I ordered, was stale. As well as the fries being stale. Not to mention they put the fries upside down mixing up the sizes. Overall, this place is the equivalent of a school cafeteria, except the food is not cardboard.

I would have to cancel and reorder, I asked how to reorder and if I would be able to use the deals again and they said I would have to wait 15min. They said drive to the second window and the manager would help me cancel the order. The Manager(Granada) told me she don't know how to do that and that they never received my order I showed her my phone with the correct location and order confirmation number etc. She didn't care and when I asked so there's nothing you can do that you already took the money, she said no, I asked for corporate number, and she just tapped the window decal and started picking at her nails looking away like I was an inconvenience. I took a picture and drove away because this is a horrible experience and wasted my lunch break and gas for nothing.
