  Went in 30 mins ago and the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and unapologetic about it. Cut off her coworker and after he asked me what I would.like. I was mid sentence and she told us both I had to wait. The reason was because she was making two other sandwiches. He just stood there and watched her. I don't mind waiting, but there is zero reason to cut off a customer after your coworker was handling it. We all have bad days, but most of us treat people with respect regardless.

  They have declined a lot since Covid-19 but everyone has to an extent. Staff has a high school "I don't NEED this paycheck" attitude always. My mom had me pick up a sandwich for her. I was busy talking to my partner and did not watch them make her sandwich. Got home, nothing but bread and condiment spread on it!
