  This fine gentleman that I have attached a photo of can't seem to keep his clothes on, nor respond to a thank you. My first time to pizza hut in a decade or so and probably my last. Although the food was decent, the worker here is highly inappropriate.

  someone, whom i believe is the manager after the interaction i had about the situation, decided to leave themselves a tip with my PICK UP order on my gift card. the manager suggested “if you don’t put the green button on the card machine, someone else can come behind you thinking it’s their transaction” following by “just call the 800 number on your gift card and they might even give you the full $50 back”

  Terrible service. I place an order online, they send a text that say someone stole my pizza and they charge me for that.

  Horrible service, and %50 of the time the food is the same. I ordered 3 pizzas, they were all under cooked, so they came came back and got the pizzas, then told me they were coming back with 3 new pizzas. They eventually came back,and it must have been the 3 same pizzas, because they looked the same and were under cooked. Tonight I ordered chicken,fries,and a dessert. They delivered,and forgot my fries. I called and called, and all I got was a busy signal. In my opinion, this place is trash, and I will never order at this one again. Need to have a negative star to click..
