  When they actually answer they are awesome! But, I work really long nights at a bar close in town. To show up and wait 10-15 minutes for someone to crackle on the speaker.But never say a word, it's just so infuriating. I am the kind of person that we are the reason they are working that late. So what is everybody doing? It's a shame. So what-a-burger got my money. ....and its not the first time. Lesson learned.

  Only time this place is kinda good or decent is the morning time maybe. Went tonight at 8:40 and had to pull up for my order after the window. They brought out the wrong order maybe 5 times and was doing it to a lot of people. I went inside to see what’s going on everybody loud on their phones no care in the world. Finally found out after 30 minutes of waiting they finally started cooking nuggets which I ordered. After maybe 50 minutes of waiting I got my food. This place is horrible at night bunch of young kids working and managers not making it better. I really could have just walked back there and took a bag of food that’s how much they barely notice anything. Terrible service smh don’t come here

  Every single time we eat here da wait buku long and the food cold and always missing items, especially thru DoorDash

  The fact that I ordered a double and got a single is baffling, The fact that I paid for a double and was given less than what I paid for. This is why I don’t like McDonald. Fries were cold And I wasn’t given my correct order!!!!

  Need to take them out of the fast food category. Never fails when going through the drive thru they have you stacked 4-6 deep throughout the parking lot waiting 10-20 mins to get your food.
