I have always enjoyed Wendy’s, and other fast food restaurants but this particular location delivered the most disappointing service I have experienced. The drive-thru wait time was excessive, with multiple customers waiting an unreasonable amount of time for their orders. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. The restroom floor was covered in urine, which reflects poorly on the store’s sanitation and maintenance standards. I also observed serious concerns regarding food handling procedures. Two employees entered from outside, and one immediately took over the burger preparation station from another employee. After handling a customer’s payment, he returned to preparing food without washing his hands or changing gloves. Another employee appeared confused and unsure of their responsibilities, which further slowed operations and created an unprofessional environment. These issues were extremely concerning and raised questions about the safety and quality of the food being served. This location clearly requires immediate attention and stronger management oversight. From a health and safety perspective, the restaurant does not appear to be adhering to proper sanitation and food handling standards. A visit from the Department of Health may be necessary to ensure corrective measures are implemented.

THANK YOU Wendy’s crew! Tonight was a great experience overall. I’d been hesitant to try again after several ‘unsatisfactory’ experiences a long time ago, but tonight’s crew was AWESOME! From the polite guy crossing for trash duties, the polite lady taking my order and having to bring it to me and down to when I got home my food was well packaged and fresh. Appreciate y’all!

Don’t go there a news article from WBRZ came out on 1-14-26 that the place has mold in it and the owners don’t want to fix it stated an employee. Never going there again safety hazard!
