I just pulled up and was told their entire system is down and they aren’t taking orders at all — unreal for a fast-food place. On top of that, the chocolate Frosty machine is constantly broken, and in the past I was even told the classic chocolate Frosty was taken off the menu permanently, which is stupid. Between broken systems, broken machines, and mixed-up info, this place is a complete waste of time.

She took our order and repeated it to make sure it was correct. It was almost as pleasant as Chick fil A! This was a nice visit after shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall all day!
