  I ordered a three cheese quesadilla and smoothie. The quesadilla was dry with hardly any cheese…for $7. Had the manager (Sarah) to tell me it’s not her problem because corporate told her to use 6 tablespoons. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I can’t confirm if that is what they said or if she even did that but the food and the service is not worth your time or money. She was very rude and even hollered something at me as I left. Just completely unprofessional. I have ordered this same order from this establishment in at least 4 different states and never had this experience with the staff especially or the food. I wanted so bad to be happy about having one close but I won’t be back.

  The smoothies are great, my parents loved the mocha madness smoothie, and I got the peanut butter cup. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that in my peanut butter cup it was just chocolate and banana which on it's own was good, I just was looking forward to the peanut butter part in it.

  Anytime I think “I need something quick but I want something healthy” Tropical Smoothie Cafe is my first option. I love the Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla and I have to have my sweet potatoes.

  Dine in | Lunch | $1–10 Ok so whoever worked register on Thursday January 1st, 2026 at 2 pm was zooted out of his mind I think. He gave my friend a smoothie bowl and it was totally melted and I asked if he could like remake it and he basically said no because the açaí was frozen. Also coincidentally her quesadilla was NOT melted inside so yeah. We showed it to the guy making smoothies and he laughed out loud. Like it was crazy. Honestly just please tell the guy on register something because I’m reading the reviews and I’m seeing patterns, just like incompetent i think. Also there’s a fly that’s pissing me off.

  This location SUCKS!! Seriously some of the worst service I’ve seen in a while. Just walked out of this location (this time actually without any food) because this was the THIRD time in a row where i have walked in to pick up my food and it wasn’t ready even though I ALWAYS order 15-20 minutes prior. And mind you I ONLY get a PB flatbread crunch. THATS IT. You walk in and it takes so long for someone to decide to acknowledge you and then when they finally look at you and you tell them what they want it takes them another 15 minutes to get to it. Last time i went in they didn’t even start making my food UNTIL i walked in. What is the point in mobile ordering if it isn’t ready ahead of time???? And I could understand if they were busy but I go to tropical pretty often and EVERY time i go there’s barely a car in the parking lot or an order on the screen. This is just absolutely ridiculous. Other people have jobs too and don’t have time to spend damn near 30 minutes waiting on some granola and peanut butter. Oh and don’t order from the drive thru because it takes them 10 minutes to actually come and take your order and then another 15 for them to make it!!
