- RMR. MMDec 7, 20251.0First of all, it doesn't matter if I spend 2 dollars or 52, the service should be the same. If you can't do that, your employees need to be retrained or fired. My father went through drive through and the order was ridiculously simple, a 6 piece nugget happy meal with a chocolate milk and ranch, a mocha Frappe and 2 double cheeseburgers with and two small fries. He had to go back because they left off two nuggets and the chocolate milk and gave me a chocolate shake instead of a Frappe and barbecue instead of ranch. This location is a constant problem. If we go again, we are driving a little more to one that we know won't screw us over.
