  As soon as we walked in, I could tell this was going to be a bad experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet there wasn’t a server in sight. When someone finally came out, she completely ignored us. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no sense of urgency. Instead, she and another server stood at their register area gossiping for several minutes before finally coming over. We asked for a booth, and the one we were taken to was filthy. We had to stand there while she cleaned it. After sitting down, we waited another 10 minutes before she came back to even take our drink order. At that point, I told everyone at the table to have their food order ready because it was already clear this wasn’t going to be a smooth visit. We ordered everything at once, and somehow all three orders were messed up. Two of us ordered wraps, one of them very spicy, and the server gave them to the wrong people. My friend, who absolutely does not eat spicy food, took one bite of my mango habanero wrap and was nearly in tears. Meanwhile, I had already eaten half of hers before realizing the mistake. We asked for the wrap to be remade, but the server didn’t even bother removing the extra wrap from the bill. At that point, my friend was extremely aggravated and asked for a manager. The manager also took forever to come over because he was busy chatting with another server. When he finally showed up, he removed the extra wrap and closed the bill but didn’t even give us a copy to review or sign. To top it all off, I went to the men’s restroom before leaving and it was disgusting. There was urine all over the floor, the smell was overwhelming, and the floor was sticky like it hadn’t been mopped in days. The restaurant itself had paper and trash all over the floors from straws and receipts. This place was a mess from start to finish. Poor service, wrong food, no accountability, and absolutely unacceptable cleanliness. I will not be returning.

  Came to BWW to watch football/Mcaffee show for lunch. Christmas music blaring so loud you can’t even think. Asked if they could turn sound on for the main tvs so we can watch the mcaffee show. The only customers in the whole place are all sitting around the bar watching the tvs. Manager said no. Not unless it’s an lsu game or fight. So let’s just blare music that no one is listening to. Welcome to 2025. Next time I’ll just order wings to go and watch football on our phones in the truck.
