We pulled up, 3 employees standing around talking, leaning on the pole, NEVER GREETED us once!! All 3 looked at us then continued their conversation. So we're on our way back to Baton Rouge, where we will be enjoying our 7Brew from the Essen Road location. Where they do pay attention to their customers and Always greet their patrons with a smile and friendly service. I don't know who is running the Gonzales chain, but you need to teach your employees customer service. No customer service, no customers, no paychecks, no job, no franchise, this is how the free market works.

Also if the line looks long don’t fear, it goes by very quick. They’re very good at keeping a rhythm up and speedy. I definitely recommend!! 11/10!
