  I’ve been in this new location and in the drive thru my food should not be cold when you hand it to me additionally the order is always wrong. The people inside do not care about customer service, professionalism or commitment to their jobs. McDonald’s no longer have to worry about me and my family spending our hard earned money with them anymore. Management/ GM/ Corporate do something no just reply to these reviews actually make a change.

  Don’t come here unless u want to in sit drive Thur for an half hour by the time I got around to the window to pick up my food it was cold I suggest going to a different McDonald’s

  This is the third time I've had a terrible experience. I would have never redeemed my reward points if I had known I'd be waiting for 45 minutes in a Drive-Thru line. The person taking the orders sounded like she just woke up "hey welcome to McDonald's" needless to say I paid $0.40 extra on my free McChicken for extra mayo and lettuce. What I got after 45 minutes of waiting was a hot and spicy with barely any letters or Mayo.

  They did not inform my family they were out of indgredints for the big arch would not have gotten it if we had known. "Compesated for it with fresh fries when that should have been for the cold fries. Seemed to not really care that they didn't do their due diligence to let us know. Thought new location mabye better service but apparently not.
