Absolutely no customer service. I was truly hoping with a new location it would be kept clean. Nope. It took almost 10 minutes at 7:05 on a Thursday morning to get an egg mcmuffin and small mocha frappe. I was the only person inside. No napkins or straws to help yourself. Then you have to wait again to get someone's attention to get a straw. You basically have to lean over the counter to get someone's attention.
