Kept checking on the progress of my order where it never made it past the “preparing” icon. After an hour and half, I began calling the restaurant. It took 5 calls before someone finally answered. The young lady then tells me my order has been ready but their delivery driver got off right before I placed my order. My order had been given to a third party delivery service and was awaiting pickup for an hour! I asked to just carry out instead. When I arrived at the store, I notice my name is the only name on the order board. When I asked why I wasn’t contacted, the worker proceeds to tell me they’ve been so busy that no one had a chance to call me and tell me about my order being handed off. Hard to believe when I’m the only person in the deserted restaurant and no other names on the board. Not to mention, the worker who had to come out the back to help me, came out smacking her lips with crumbs on her mouth. But they were so busy?! Never had problems with this Pizza Hut in the past but you can guarantee I’ll never order from there again.

Nobody answers the phone and when I got to the location, they were just standing around and it’s very unhygienic the manager is unprofessional, and I recommend no one to go there.
- JBJoe BallonJun 21, 20242.0Not happy with my order from Pizza Hut two days ago could not get the order to go through with the app so I called and ordered the two pizzas up to 10 items each for $14 each was told the bill was $30 after I got home the 10 items but only putting less than 10 items on the pizza was so scarce not enough red sauce and very bland tasting check my credit card today they charge me 3695 for these two pitiful pizzas I will not be returning I would rather eat a frozen pizza
